Epistilbite, monoclinic calcium zeolite, is the lesser-known sister of stilbite. Its white to pink prismatic crystals form in basaltic amygdales of Faroe Islands, Iceland and India. Its name means 'upon stilbite' as it often forms above stilbite in cavities.
